Booking & Payment
Regan House offers accommodation in The Regan Room, a private room within our 1910 villa in Stratford, Taranaki.
Bookings may be made directly with Regan House or through our listing on Booking.com. Where a booking is made through Booking.com, the booking, payment and cancellation terms displayed on Booking.com at the time of booking will also apply.
For direct bookings, payment may be made by:
- Cash
- Direct bank transfer
- Debit or credit card through our online payment system
Booking.com is a separate booking and payment option, with payment arrangements determined by the terms of the booking selected.
Cancellation & Changes
For bookings made through Booking.com, free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date, unless a different cancellation policy is specifically stated for the rate selected.
After this cancellation period, any applicable cancellation charges will be those shown during the Booking.com booking process and in your booking confirmation.
For direct bookings, please contact Regan House as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. The cancellation terms applicable to a direct booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-out is 10.00am. If you require a later check-out, please contact us in advance and we will accommodate this where possible.
If you are travelling by plane or bus and require transport from New Plymouth Airport or the New Plymouth bus terminal, please let us know. We may be able to arrange collection and return transport, subject to availability.
We are also happy to assist with reasonable requests for special occasions where possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Smoking
Regan House is smoke-free inside the house and guest accommodation.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. An ashtray is available on request.
Guests & Care of the Property
We ask that guests treat Regan House, the accommodation and gardens with care and respect.
The Regan Room and its facilities are for registered guests only. Please let us know if you are expecting visitors during your stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused through intentional, negligent or inappropriate use of the property or its contents.
Gardens & Property
Guests are welcome to enjoy the Regan House gardens during their stay. As the gardens are part of a private property, we ask guests to take care when exploring and to respect planted areas and private areas of the property.
Privacy
Any personal information provided to Regan House in connection with your booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
