The Regan Room offers a comfortable and peaceful retreat within our lovingly restored 1910 villa. Recently redecorated with a blend of modern comfort and period character, the room has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

With private garden views and French doors opening onto the veranda, it’s an inviting place to unwind at the end of the day — or simply sit back and enjoy the gardens.

Regan House is conveniently located within the Stratford town boundary, a gentle walk from the main street and ideally placed for exploring Taranaki and the Forgotten World Highway.

If you’re travelling by plane or bus and need transport from New Plymouth Airport or the bus terminal, please let us know. Where possible, we are happy to arrange collection and return transport at the end of your stay.

Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 10.00am. If you require a later check-out, please ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Payment options include direct payment through Booking.com when booking through there, cash, direct bank transfer, or our secure online debit/credit card payment system.

Regan House is smoke-free throughout. If you wish to smoke, please use an outside area; an ashtray is available on request.
